Active breaks

Get active with weekly sessions

Join our short active breaks to boost your energy levels and recover during your working day. These 15-minute long sessions are hosted by your very own team of Hintsa coaches and are held both in English and in Finnish. No slides, no lecturing, just movement. No gym equipment needed.

Full year HeiaHeia challenge

Log your actions and collect points

We invite you to join a whole year lasting HeiaHeia challenge.

The idea is to collect wellbeing points throughout the year consisting of both exercise and wellbeing actions. Wellbeing points are earned through small everyday health activities.

To join this challenge is easy. You can log in

  • Daily steps you take
  • Any exercise you do
  • Any wellbeing activity (like a good nights sleep, cheering a friend etc)

Additionally, there will be bi-monthly mini challenges focusing on certain wellbeing micro actions. These micro actions are ideas for you to support your wellbeing during your working day.
